Duties:
. Provide support to six executives, two legal/contracts administrators,
fourteen business development managers and a sales administrator;
. Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including
booking flights, hotel, transportation reservations and travel Visas
to UK, Jordan, Australia, and China;
. Assisted with the implementation of Concur, an online expense
reporting system;
. Produce documents and reports for use by the Executive team in
forecast, budget and internal presentation purposes;
