Career Progression
Six years of progressively responsible Contract positions with some of America’s larger corporations in both their
overseas & stateside operations, September 2003 – December 2009 (see Consulting Expertise, page 4, for details). This
series of consulting/contract-employee positions (from 6 – 14 months) were strategic insertions into extremely

Faro Technologies, Inc., Director of Finance & Accounting/CFO, February 2002 – August 2003.
Responsible for 10Q/10K SEC reports creation,coordination & filing; provided Board of Director financial analyses;
created cash flow forecasting and modeling; developed first bottom-up budgeting and departmental operational reporting;
coordinated E&Y annual audit, authored SEC Annual Report to shareholders . Spearheaded Sarbanes-Oxley 404 project
by documenting internal control processes, handled acquisition of new product line, managed financial operations for
world-wide facilities in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. (Directed European Operations first 4 months, then returned to
the USA for global financial management.) Accurately predicted cash short fall in advance and developed creative
financing arrangement with vendors during time period in which credit lines could not be secured. Once operations and
profits were stabilized, sought and obtained $50 million credit line for short-term cash needs. Handled all acquisition
processes which resulted in growth of $50 million as a result stock prices (FARO) rose from $1.82 per share to $26.22
during tenure. Served as Chief Financial Executive/Officer and completed agreed tenure of 18 months, assisting in
recruitment and transition to new CFO.
Monarch Management Consultants (MMC), Inc., Chief Executive Officer (CEO), 1996-2001.
Responsible for public relations, businesss development, recruiting/training of Staff Executives and all strategic planning.
This boutique firm specialized in the following areas: Strategic Planning, Change Management and Turn-Around

Johnson Controls (World Services), Director of Finance and Accounting, 1988 – 1995.
A global leader in the service industry, JCWS operates in 38 states and 22 countries. Served as CFO at Naval SuBase-
Kings Bay, St. Mary’s Georgia; Launch Base Support, Cape Canaveral, Florida; and Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the
Marshall Islands, Asia. Contract awarded to Raytheon, thereby eliminating position. Major accomplishments included:
• Managed Financial Operations for 3,000 employee site, with contracted sales of $500 million annually
• Led aggressive automation team, completing a 3 year Oracle Conversion plan in 9 months

Harris Corporation, Satellite Communications Division, Assistant Controller, 1985 – 1988.
As the only commercial electronics manufacturing division (sold to AT&T in 1988), Harris BCSD developed,
manufactured, assembled and installed Earth Stations around the world. Sales exceeded $500 Million. Sale of
division to AT&T eliminated all positions. Accomplishments included:
• Selected as Team Leader for installations in Nigeria, Sudan and Greece
• Prepared contract bid/rebids for DOD and commercial contracts, domestic and international
• Supervised all Accounting Functions: AP, AR, GL, Internal Audit, Budgets, Costs, & Payroll
• Trained as Corporate TQM (Total Quality Management) Facilitator for 8 different divisions

McCormick & Company, Manager of Costs and Budgets, 1981 – 1985.
Known as the “Spice People” around the world, this division was responsible for the manufacture of all plastic bottles
for US West Coast subsidiaries, as well as supplying 150 customers, for sales of $55 Million. Promoted from Staff
Accountant, to GL Supervisor, to Manager of Costs and Budgets. Served two consecutive terms on Multiple
Management Board of Directors. Husband’s transfer to Florida necessitated resignation for relocation.

team was created by Board of Directors to re-engineer largest division’s entire business processes. Utilizing a multi-
disciplined team worked closely with NDC senior staff to present findings and mentored solution implementation.
EOD Technology, Inc., Baghdad, Iraq, Country Finance Director, August 2007 – June 2008.
Responsible for financial needs for all locations in Iraq (22) including Convoys, Security Teams, Ordinance Consultation,
K9 Teams and Embassy Controls which was comprised over 10,000 employees and contractors. Created Strategic Plan
for Operations, coordinated all cash, financial and contracting activities. Corporate reorganization eliminated the need
for this position in Iraq.

L3 Communications, (Linguist Division), Baghdad, Iraq, Deputy Director – Finance, July 2006 - April 2007.
Primary US contractor for all linguistic support (aka translators) for US Army in Iraq. Position provided financial
guidance and leadership for a monthly cash usage of $6Million (USD), as well as contracting, audit, operational and
human resources for this 12,000 employee/contractor operation of $800Million a year reimbursable contract.
Supervised 14 Iraq offices that supported 12,000 employees/contractors on a regional basis, as well as Audit Team office
in Kuwait. Award of contract, to GLS, eliminated position.
Habitat for Humanity (HFHI), Mumbai, India, International Finance Director-Asia, January 2006 – July 2006.
Director of the largest single event of HFHI’s (US based NGO) calendar each year, this annual event involves over
3500 volunteers from around the globe for a week-long blitz- building of homes in partnership with global corporations.
With the event a full 5 months behind schedule, responsibilities of the position were focused on creating and negotiating
contracts with local suppliers (approximately 500), establishing purchasing, finance, cash-flow forecasting, internal
controls, project management, and human resources. Contract was brought up to date and on schedule for major event.
Contract terminated on completion of milestones and placement/training of staff.
DynCorp International, Civ Police Program, Baghdad, Iraq, Deputy Program Manager, July 2005 – December 2005.
As the primary contractor to International Narcotics and Law Enforcement, an agency of the USA Department of State,
this location was responsible for the training and mentoring of 30,000 Iraqi Civilian Police. As 2nd in command, managed
all admin functions: Human Resources, Information Technology, Camp Construction, Sub-Contracting, Contracting,
Finance, Purchasing, Cash Management, Medical Services and Food Quality Control. With over 950 employees
spanning 45 locations, this position was critical to the program’s success. Completed six-month contract.
Combat Support Associates/CSA LTD, Treasuer/CFO/Business Manager, February 2004 – March 2005.
This position provided executive support to both the Board of Directors as Treasurer, to the Joint Venture Company as
CFO and to the local project as Business Manager. Responsible for Accounting, Finance, Construction Cost Accounting,
Contracts, Sub-contracts, Purchasing, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Financial Management Information. JV consisted of 8,800
employees and $600M a year USG contract which utilized Deltek (Costpoint). Received first “Excellent” award for
Business Management in contract’s 6-year history, maintaining rating for 4 consecutive months. Coordinated all DCAA
audits, spearheaded “Shut Down Plan” due to USG funding issues and both discovered errors in award fee pool and
successfully negotiated payments of $1 million additional award fee, accumulated over 6 years. Completed one year
contract.

US Agency for International Development (USAID), International Consultant, 2000 – 2001 (14 months).
MMC Team selected to join international team of “turn around” consultants. The mission was to turn- around an
Aluminum Plant in Montenegro, a republic of Yugoslavia, which accounted for 79% of the country’s GNP. In less than
6 months the plant was transformed from operating at 55 % of capacity to 102 %, exceeding prior established parameters.
Accomplishments included negotiation of a Debt Restructuring Agreement ($300 million) with the Bank of London, the
purchase of new software and hardware for accounting staff and departmental managers; creation of new financial,
budgetary and cost accounting systems including viable software in local languages. Conducted presentations in
multiple languages to the President (of Montenegro), US Ambassadors, and Congressmen.
Our Beginning, Inc., IT Developer and Stationary Printer, Chief Financial Officer: 1998 – 2000 (12 months).
Developed and executed growth strategies, taking sales from $1.5 million to $5 million in just over one year. These
included: complete reorganization, change management for existing team, recruitment of new talent, additional
financing, sales incentives, partnerships and joint ventures. Coordinated all regulatory and external (Ernst & Ernst) audits
and all prepared financing presentations and business plans to secure funding.
Eckerd Corporation, Corporate Headquarters, Manager of Financial Reporting: 1996 – 1997 (10 months).
MMC Team was responsible for Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets and Inventory Management
Accounting departments and Financial Analysis/Banking as well as CEO serving as financial team leader for Oracle
conversion. Assumed full managerial responsibility; reduced close cycle by 20 days, and created new analytical tools for
use by all 3000 store managers which reduced costs and enhanced profits by 15% in 6 months.
Fine Host (Orange County Convention Center) Director of Financial Planning: 1996 (6 months).
Installed and operated all accounting processes, including hiring and training of staff. Created budgetary processes and
monthly variance analyses, also coordinated logistics of convention setups for dining, and talent layouts; worked closely
with operational (Catering) and planning crews. Actively pursued (& obtained), major contracts with customers ($500k).
Citrus World, (Florida’s Natural manufacturer) Manager of Financial Planning: 1995 – 1996 (12 months).
Created first series of monthly analysis and reporting processes; designed budgetary process for all 132 departments and
provided educational classes on all aspects of budgeting concepts. Developed cost accounting programs that provided
critical & strategic executive information which prompted client to reduce products from 1600 to 325, eliminating many
unprofitable product lines. This resulted in their highest profit in a decade, notably an increase of 32% over the prior
year’s profit for this $500M a year producer of citrus drinks.
