Account Executive/Asset Manager
Created indicative bids for non performing assets by reviewing servicing notes, trade histories, and related documents as part of due diligence in pending portfolio trades, and establishing bid amount to offer seller. Managed $10 million portfolio pipeline of non performing real estate assets. Extensive counseling to borrowers for loss mitigation alternatives to foreclosure, and in depth analysis of each borrowers’ default, arriving at solutions to liquidate the asset with velocity and profitability. Supervised acquisition of REOs through judicial and non judicial foreclosures, with responsibility to know all related bankruptcy and foreclosure statutes for all 50 states. Reviewed and executed Loss Mitigation Affidavit packages. Responsible for working within several deadlines at a time to insure efficiency in the trades and liquidation of the assets. Traveled to different parts of the country to represent the company in mediation/settlement conferences, and to inspect assets on the ground. Presented non performing and performing notes to investors for sale.

Initially set up and managed Compliance Department for the firm, training new employees on ComplianceEase software while simultaneously setting up and managing the Short Sales Division for the firm. Negotiated HAMP and non-HAMP loan modifications and short sales directly with lenders on behalf of the firm’s client base. Established and implemented case summary write-ups to appeal negative decisions from lenders for loss mitigation solutions. Extensive involvement with realtor base by referring short sale clients to them for listing and closing. Negotiated the purchase contracts with lender loss mitigation departments. Tracked court cases and mortgage market to insure compliance and efficiency in delivering loss mitigation product to the client, and to assure integrity in the Short Sales Division.
