Overview

During my dynamic career of over 25 years in general contracting and

construction management, I have gained a unique and intense insight into a

diverse and growing industry.

As a highly-motivated, full spectrum project superintendent, I strive

toward the continual refinement of all aspects of field operations'

interface with management and client relations, such as: communications and

coordination, schedule, budget accountability, documentation of project

progress, project/site sequencing, logistics, safety, subcontractor and

workforce productivity, definition and execution of administrative

policies, commissioning processes, and change management. The direction and

coordination of these interrelated tasks, and their use in leading the most

efficient project delivery, has become a major focus in my construction

methodology.

My project leadership ensures a positive projection, a safe, successful,

timely project turnover and commands the Highest Standards of Quality

Assurance and Customer Satisfaction.
