Provided complete support for the Change Management Department, analysts and

clients across the entire data center. Provided guidance to the Change

Management staff on current projects and tasks. Ensured that all projects

were respectfully completed throughout the department. Additional

management duties included hosting the Data Center's largest meeting (Change

Assessment Meeting) to view and assess each change before reaching the

production environments. Responsible for directly communicating all

departmental duties to the FVP of Data Center Operations. Managed 3

analysts.

Operations

Responsible for scheduling change packages on all data processing platforms.

Provide change process and change package development assistance for all

Change Management clients. Capable of representing the Change Management

department during the manager's absence. Providing all support for change

control products and responsible for the scheduling, monitoring and

authorizing of change packages for the AS/400 and Client Server

environments. Responsible for the design, development and implementation of

Crystal Reports and Seagate Info across the entire organization.

Successfully completed the development of the automation process for

reporting on the Change Management intranet site.

'98 - '00 California Federal Bank, Computer Operator - Data Center Operations

Responsible for supporting all daily batch processes related to the media

library. Supported all MVS datasets related to vendor media activity.

Coded JCL (Job Control Language) to generate all reporting related to media

activity. Prepared and printed interest checks. Responsible for all

peripheral devices related to the media library: fulfilling system and user

requests, printer and media drive maintenance, automated tape library

maintenance, problem determination and resolution. Maintained all records

of off-site media storage for disaster recovery.
