Round the clock shift work include, monitoring, maintaining, controlling and

ensuring safe operation of process system from control room and working in the

field area.

To co-operate with the respective departments in the day-to-day activities and

with the planning department in Major overhaul activities.

To co-operate with the Fire & Safety Department in Hot work, cold work and

enclosed entry location. To perform Emergency and Routine and Call-up card

operations

To maintain good house-keeping inside the plant

As Utility Operator

Emergency handling, Erection Follow-up, Commissioning, Normal operation and

Maintenance of the following systems.

• Water Treatment Plant-Demineralization/Soft water Production.

• Plant process follow up (R/G&F/G)

• Cooling water system

• Operating & Handling knowledge in Different types of pumps

Technical Qualifications

• B.tech in Chemical Engineering, First class with (79%), St.Michael College of

Engg &Technology, affiliated to Anna University, Sivagangai, Tamilnadu

(2006-2009).

• Diploma in Polymer Technology (Sandwich), First class with Distinction

(83%) from Tamilnadu Polytechnic, Madurai, Tamilnadu. (1999-2002).

Industrial Training

• In plant training carried out in Trichy Distilleries and chemicals Limited, Trichy

duration 2007 (June 25 - 29).

• In plant training carried out in TVS Srichakara limited, Madurai duration

May 2002 to Oct 2002. (Testing of raw materials)
