SUMMARY

As a Sales Assistant/NSF/CSR, support of field/sales staff including

preparation, maintenance and distribution of marketing materials in

hard copy and web formats. Successful trade show planning and

participation, including travel planning and coordination of booth

staff and product for up to 22 manufacturers.

As a CADD/GIS technician in both cartographic and architectural

arenas including conversion of files to various CADD and GIS formats

and collection and maintenance of tabular data in both Excel and

database formats. Accomplishments include:

Creation/maintenance of workflow and documentation of procedures

(including QA/QC and proposed workflows), interviews,

recommendations (Needs Assessment and Implementation Planning).

Successfully build/maintain databases from both electronic and hard

copy sources, both in-house and for client applications.

Managed on-site staff in both administrative and technical areas,

while acting as liaison with client.

Created a 2 volume in-house timeline using various forms of data for

tracking of efficiencies on a multi-year conversion project.

Earned Master Operator certification using Smallworld software

allowing me to train and mentor junior staff members, both

professional and high school students. This technical expertise

provided support for non-expert management and facilitated

understanding between provider and client.

Previous experience includes cartographic drafting for various

projects, including creation of color separation maps in preparation

periodically to the OEMC.

and documented CADD procedures.

ComED - CE*GIS Project - Responsibilities included acting as

primary client contact on-site, management of staff in

different phases of data conversion using Smallworld technology

and consolidation of ComEd's operational data. Other

responsibilities include: maintain scheduling, produce status

reports, set database and tracking of different project

specific tasks, working with client to develop and document

junior staff in equipment, software and conversion procedures,

Basemap development, street centerline and structure feature

Needs Assessment and Implementation Planning for local

government agencies, including interviews and reporting as part

of a team. Primary focus in these projects was on conversion

of existing sources and QA/QC planning.
