submitted to Accounting for payment. Coordinated in the area of office moves
and redesign working with modular furniture and panels. Coordinated with
building maintenance needs and cleaning of office. Coordinated and put on
company picnic for approximately 500 people, which included renting a
facility for the picnic, planning the menu, purchasing of door prizes and
setting up activities for both adults and children. Created the Anchor Coin
newsletter on a monthly basis. Was responsible for all corporate filing,
automobile titles and offsite storage of files. Maintained a complete list
of all corporate files. Responsible for the procurement of cellular

Duties included heavy customer relation contact with time-share owners and

Public Contact:
Position: Control Room Manager
Supervised staff of six employees including hiring, dismissal and
disciplinary actions. Coordinated with Sales Department, OPC Department and
