The attached resume is short. With that said, I feel a resume cannot speak for the person, only give a
snapshot of his or her career.
The projects I have listed on this resume are primarily commercial projects. In my career I have taken
this path because of consistency in the market place and my passion for the construction industry. I am
determined and do not know failure. Throughout my career I am proud to say that I have mentored
many young men and woman in all areas of construction instilling the values and integrity that I have
been taught and teaching that these traits are the core to our future.
While I do not have a degree in construction from an accredited university, I do have a degree in
experience, hard work, attention to detail and hands on field experience. I have 30 + years of experience
and have climbed the ladder the old fashioned way by learning from the professionals that have shown
me the right and wrong ways of building projects and construction teams.
I am comfortable in all environments from meeting with a single tradesman to the professionals
owners, architects, engineers, and city officials. I believe in respect and integrity at all levels.
I am comfortable in complex projects that require problem solving to find solutions that keep the
project moving forward. I am also very comfortable with high end projects; I have an eye for detail and
a goal for perfection. I have been involved in custom homes in excess of 5 MM and commercial projects
in excess of 10MM. If the need arises on projects that need special attention I am not afraid to roll up
my sleeves and either show the tradesman how to solve the discrepancy or perform the work myself. In
my years of experience on the job I have come to believe that there are no problems just solutions.
Not only do I have field and project management experience but also have extensive estimating
experience. I am proficient in The Onscreen Program, Excel, Microsoft Project and Quick Books Pro, as
well as: “Green Advantage “certified.
In closing my wife and I moved to New Orleans 1 year ago for her to attend Loyola Law and are
constantly amazed at how wonderful this town is. We are glad to call NOLA home
