Description: LAMP is a Mortgage servicing portal developed using J2EE and
Spring framework. It provides an integrated technology stack for
integrating existing applications and provides flexible infrastructure that
can adapt to shifting enterprise requirements. The portal hosts common
elements required by multiple servicing applications such as Account
Information, Links to relevant systems and contains fully integrated IVR (
Integrated Voice Response Units) telephony interface+. The customer
information from IVR traverse through IVR to application via Genesys/CTI
interface. It provides most cost effective customer satisfaction by
reducing the call handling time and by increasing the percentage of calls
resolved on first time basis. It is currently being used by more than
10,000 reps and handling 2 million customer telephony inquiries per month.

Cofee anywhere is an integrated web platform designed using Microsoft
platform technologies .Net, C# and MS SQL 2008. This tool handles voice,
data and video products for FIOS and Copper based Consumer and Small
business customers. It is used by 10,000 Verizon call center reps on a
daily basis and handles more than 40K orders per day. CallManager is a
desktop tool used by call center associates to auto-populate customer
information via Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) as frequently as
possible to increase associate participation, limit excess work, and reduce
average call handling time. Core CallManager features include launching
Cofee Anywhere WebGUI to display Customer Account details, recommended
offers, qualified products and promotions based on customer profile and
capture call disposition data. It provides reps visibility into campaign
info and marketing collaterals added by sales tips and recommendations.
Call Manager data used by marketing and BI teams to increase sales pitch
and close rates. Call manager is a re-engineered .NET version product that
was previously developed using J2EE, Weblogic, DB2 and Sun environment as
