Worked as a Relationship Manager for a residential loan portfolio.

This position served as a single point of contact for any borrowers

whose accounts were eligible for loss mitigation, active in loss

mitigation or in the foreclosure process. As an RM I was

responsible for managing the borrower relationship throughout

the entire delinquency or imminent default resolution process.

Restoration – (St. Louis) Managed small subcontractor

construction office. This position required regular daily office

management and coordination. This involved weekly tasks

including payroll and timesheet preparation, employee and labor

union inquiries and certified payroll preparation. Also was

involved with some contract review as well as coordination with

Federal, State and Local certifications. I also prepared all Change

Orders in this position and did follow up for business proposals as

well as many other small office tasks such as handling phones,

of Bank of American handling 3rd party lender requests for

subordinations. This involved heavy document investigation and

retrieval as well as research into different loan types for home

lending services including MHA and FHA programs as well as

other loan product types. I also was responsible for production of

subordination documents with certain lenders. The position

required the ability to multitask and work independently at a fast

pace. Heavy computer experience was needed and gained along

the way in this position. I used two large loan databases that were

specific to Bank of America.

for the home office of a U.S. agricultural lender. I was responsible

for daily reconciliation of accounting records, payment posting via

check, wire transfer, direct debit, electronic payment and lockbox

transmission as well as the daily bank deposit and monthly closing.

I was responsible for generating paperwork to start release

documents for paid off loans as well as applying funds for paid off

loans as well as numerous other loan maintenance record keeping

duties and general office duties. Continued experience in

Microsoft software as well as the MARS Loan Management

system, an oracle based accounting software program.

2000 – 2006 Loan Portfolio Manager, St. Louis Development Corporation, (St.

Louis) I serviced a full small business loan portfolio for the Local

Development Company, a registered CDC in St. Louis City. Our

funding sources included the SBA, EDA and Community

Development Block Grant funding. I took all borrower requests

related to change of collateral, subordinations, prepayments. I

tracked job creation criteria related to each loan. My duties also

included annual reports for SBA, EDA and CDBG/HUD. I worked

with staff attorney and accountants on release of documents after

payoffs and worked on work-out agreements with delinquent

borrowers. I did site visits for our loan portfolio and did file

compliance for our funding source such as making sure each file

had proof of insurance and yearly financial reports. I was the lone

contact between the agency and borrowers and required me to have

excellent independent work skills. I used Microsoft Office

extensively as well as a Loan Management Software.

1999 Report Writer; Senne, Kelsey & Associates, (St. Louis) Wrote reports for

a team of forensic engineers working as expert witnesses in litigation.

Worked with the engineers to write and prepare reports for cases in which

their engineering expertise was being requested by attorneys.
