negotiations for positions at Atlanta Headquarters. Responsible for

problem resolution involving management and employee disputes.

Advised management and senior management at headquarters, twelve regional

disciplinary and termination procedures. Also directed and counseled

employees, supervisors and managers regarding personnel problems,

complaints, transfers and career planning. Directed all EEO activity and
