Recruited to Spy Kids 4 project to assist in pipeline planning, production and recruiting for 3D conversion.
Responsible for hiring most of the team and leveraged generalist talents to participate in shots from beginning to end
using Maya, Nuke, and PFTrack. Assisted in budgeting, planning, shot counts, outsourcing, shot tracking, asset
tracking, communication both internally and with outside vendors, deliverables, deadlines throughout the pipeline,
overall artist production management and dailies.

Senior Digital Lighter TD / Compositor (2005 – 2007)
Hired within Beowulf Digital Animation Department to generate digital images and mood lighting in collaboration
with creative staff, directors, and VFX supervisors for multimillion dollar film. Leverage sophisticated technology to
work with hundreds of artists to create the “look” of films including Surfs Up, Monster House, Monster House 3D,
Open Season 3D, and Click.

Selected to refine pipeline and process using Maya, Mel, MotionBuilder and Diva to transform raw facial and body
mocap data for character enhancement while improving motions to fit shots in preparation for animators. Recognized
for working on 80%+ of all movie shots.
