Objectives

I interact with my customer service skills to fulfill their needs by making
sure that the person is getting to and from there doctors appointment on
time. Greeting and treating the customer with respect no matter what the
case is. Calling vendors to make sure the driver is there on time for all
trips, and respecting the members on there rides. Another duty was to put
red flags in the system on certain member with various Health Plans.

I worked in a fast environment as a receptionist who took care of the
office. I answered calls and any questions for customers. Filled and kept

I worked for Comcast in a fast paced work field. My duties were to power
cycle modems and router. Changing the IP addresses, deleting cookies and
files. If I was unable to get a connection with my step lastly I would
set up an appointment for a tech to come out to the home. I also
transferred the calls to customer services on certain deals with the
internet sided.
Achievements
I obtained Honor Roll, and won awards for my work ethic in school, an award
for an English class, and obtained an (OSHA) Occupational Safety and Health
Administration certificate.
Activities
I volunteered to help pick trash up around my school, reading books,
spending time with my girls, and I enjoy cooking food.
