ACHIEVEMENTS
Executed crisis management skills during a major fuel spill incident by organizing and directing personnel. My team’s
actions saved the lives of 4 pilots, numerous ground crew, and two Apache helicopters, totaling over $40 million in
equipment.
32 aircraft were returned to combat duty, each in less than two weeks, after I structured and lead an AH-64D Apache
maintenance team in 500 hour phase inspections in the Iraq Theater.
Developed and implemented a management by objectives strategy, effectively reducing 500 hour phase inspection

I provided the intangible asset of skilled aircraft technicians, through extensive on-the-job training and formal
instruction, to customers around the world.
