Responsibilities:
• To head the internal creative team, build out rolling annual editorial/content/campaign calendar for
AAA.com and AAA World Magazine, as well as determine delivery strategy across channels (e-mail,
augmented reality, etc.).
Note: Under my guidance our team has realized triple-digit increases in market penetration, resulting in
increased sales ranging from 20-50% y.o.y., while lowering cost of acquisition across the board.
• To write or assign feature, department and specialty sections writing tasks, ghost write all automo-
tive material, create Tweets, blogs and other social media content to support communications strategy,
oversee editorial department.
Note: within the past 2 years, my features have been reprinted by several regional magazines and
travel blogs, I have been interviewed by “Two Boomer Babes” on NPR for feature on spa visits for men,
and won the Poynter’s dubious “Best Sense of Humor in Response to an Error” award. Additionally, the
automotive content I create has increased auto sales, insurance and financing leads by more than 50%
each y.o.y.
• To design and/or manage team of designers that produce all print and digital magazines, advertising,
Web content, print and digital special advertising sections, etc.; to oversee art department, as well as
all photography and illustration assignments.
Note: Under my leadership, AAA has increased its proprietary brand content while actually reducing
dollars spent. This reduced investment has resulted in a 17-27% increase in loyalty and recognition.
Our photography has been reprinted by Southern Living, VIA, AFAR and Budget Travel.
• To script, produce, shoot and edit all video projects, create all motion graphics and titles, etc.; occa-
sionally provide voice-over talent.

than any other media offered by AAA, including Tourbooks.
• To oversee multimillion-dollar budget, manage and develop staff, conduct annual reviews, represent
AAA Mid-Atlantic’s marketing and publications across the AAA Federation, as well as to media.
