Responsible for the validation and grading /setup of equipments including federal

patented machines, heat sealing for gear, embroidery, labeling, among others.

Responsible for the development of manufacturing instructions and standard work

for military gear/apparel production.

Involved in the development and analysis of predetermined times for

manufacturing processes and operations to minimize costs.

Designated industrial engineer on a deployment group in charge of the design and

deployment of production lines for products in different plants around Puerto Rico.

Key part to a Lean Manufacturing culture transition through coaching and

implementation.

Developed a commercialization plan for a new patented filter that reduces the

amount of waste generated from household kitchens and mop sinks. Designed the

production processes of the product to meet industry standards and customer

needs.
