Position: Housing Compliance Consultant (2010 - Present)
On as needed basis, provide assistance in helping varied housing
organizations in meeting HUD compliance obligations. Tasks include but not
limited to: the formation of policies, i.e. tenant selection plan, EIV and
other required HUD protocols; review of resident files for compliance,
maintenance and restructure.
Jefferson County Assisted Housing Corporation (JEFFCO) - Hartford,

Position: Relationship Manager (2007-2010)
Promoted to this position after obtaining my Certification of Housing
Specialist certificate. Primarily responsible for a portfolio of 40 HUD
properties throughout the state of Connecticut ensuring HUD compliance in
the selection process of subsidized funded apartments, administration of
HUD guidelines in doing so, and rent calculations afforded to low-income
elderly and family members.
