• Championed and led KAIZEN and 5 S events to reduce cost up to 25% while increasing productivity by 20% in
a mature operation.
• Oversee OSHA Safety requirements to reduce recordable to zero in two plus years and maintain

• Used Lean Manufacturing and 5 S System to consolidate two shift electro plating operations to a single shift

• Successfully championed new state of the art Aerobore systems into use. Drastically reduced set up time,
labor cost with increased productivity and improved quality.
• Successfully developed new system of process quality auditing, greatly reducing risks resulting in scrap
reduction and improved containment.
