manufacture and installation of signage for project. Perform Quality Assurance and Control

Managed over 30 sites per year for the Chase Bank New Build Signage Program. Territory
included all of Southern California. Managed the signage design, engineering, manufacturing
and installation of Chase Bank New construction sites throughout Southern California.
Managed Lifecycle of the projects from initial contract budgeting to project closeout. Held
internal weekly risk assessment meetings to ensure project success.
2009 – 2011 Chase Bank ATM Signage Program – Project Lead
Managed the design, engineering, manufacturing, shipment and installation of Chase Bank
ATM signage throughout the United States. Managed large-scale bulk orders for Chase ATM
signage from 1-30,000 signs at one time. Set timelines for large bulk orders with client and
ensured delivery to meet those dates.

Comic Con International
Identified high-level stakeholders and developed project plan for all transportation logistics to
serve 60,000 daily attendees for the Comic Con International convention. Held risk
assessment meetings with convention center management and San Diego Police and
presented risk assessment for street closures and pedestrian traffic flow. Monitored project to
ensure quality standards were met and managed all final closeout procedures including final
invoicing, staff payroll and lessons learned.
Cisco Global Sales Meeting
Lead meetings with primary stakeholders to define project scope for 25, 000 attendees.
Created Work Breakdown Structure for all transportation logistics during the conference in Las
Vegas. Developed a risk assessment plan with the Mandalay Bay Convention and Exhibits
Center detailing traffic delays and emergency procedures. Maintained budget requirements
and preformed all final closeout procedures.
