Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Developed and implemented an innovative recruitment paradigm, providing a

net savings to the company of $480,000 ($.04/share) over 24 months when

compared with the costs of traditional executive search

- Established and directed the business development, human resources,

recruitment and corporate operations functions

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conceptualized, sold and co-managed fulfillment of the company's first

and largest contract staffing services project (sold in UK to UK client,

fulfilled in US); value of the project was $1.68 million, 221 positions

were filled in eleven weeks

- Lead teams of up to 15 consultants in multiple US locations and up to 40

multi-national consultants in the sale and fulfillment of staffing

solutions to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in the US and Europe

Accomplishments

- Conceptualized, developed, managed and directed business development for

a groundbreaking business unit specializing in time-compressed staffing

requirements, which became the company's most profitable in its first full

year.

- First US-based employee to lead a major project outside the US (UK and

Ireland), integrating teams from the US and UK offices

- First employee to generate in excess of $1 million of personal revenue

production in a single year
