Summary and Objectiv For the past three years, I have been providing care on
a daily or biweekly basis to residents in large and small
long-term care/skilled rehabilitation facilities in Maine.
Portland,expertise includes chronic disease management

and end of life care to adults 60-100+ years old. I work
independently, but maintain a collaborative relationship
with a medical doctor.
What I enjoy most is establishing a relationship with
patient and their families if appropriate. This relationship
promotes trust, and the healing process and empowers
patients to achieve their goals.
