• Facilitated Process Control and 5X Production Ramp of critical Vendors in first quarter. Through FMEA and
SPC, established baseline processes and facilitated supply agreement including volume and process
qualification to improve margins by 20% for both the vendor and Sierra. Reduced overall component inventory
cost by 28% in first 4 months.
• Key leadership role a worldwide Oracle based capacity model’s Beta test implementation that led to the
deployment into all assembly test locations; championed software revisions, which allowed the capacity model
to support over 28,000 products with 48 different test platforms, 150 different configurations, and 14 types of
tooling.
