Responsibilities include management of the Human Resources

function to support 300 employees in a 180 bed nursing

facility. Maintains and enhances a productive work

environment by resolving conflicts and advising managers on

effective management and coaching techniques that embody

corporate culture and philosophy. Evaluates and implements

the performance management program, including development
