Promoted to become the sole Human Resources coordinator for nearly one
hundred employees and fill a position which had been vacant for over 2
years. Responsible for all aspects of HR including but not limited to
recruiting and onboarding new employees, benefits administration,
training and staff development, employee recognition programs, workers
compensation claims, etc. Also responsible for AIA contractual monthly
billing and weekly in house billing while serving as back up payroll,
accounts payables and accounts receivables.
Key Tasks and Results:
