Applied Materials is the global leader in providing innovative equipment,

services and software to the semiconductor, flat panel display and solar

photovoltaic industries.

Project: CRM Cycle Time

This project is mainly on calculating the Cycle Time. The CRM data has the

SAF's which are Approved, Rejected and In Progress. Depending on their

status, need to calculate the Cycle Times, Mean, % of SAFs completed within

48hrs, Count of SAFs for Approved, Rejected and In Progress. Used column

charts to display the data towards Lead Time in Days.

Responsibilities:

. Converted the Functional Specifications to Technical Specifications.

. Designed WEBI reports as per the End User requirements using backend

as Bex Queries.

. Built WEBI reports using the BICS connection with backend as Bex

Queries.

Whirlpool is one of the Biggest Consumer Electronics Company in USA. SPP

project was one of the integral parts of the Development for Whirlpool and

this module is used to forecast the demand of the products based on their

history sales. Here we have designed two complex reports Forecast

Disaggregation and Forecast Accuracy. Forecast Disaggregation Report

displays past 12 months and future 18 months demand values, which are

disaggregated with respect to the Part Distributor locations. Forecast

Accuracy Report takes data from the Disaggregation Report and calculates

the error values by comparing the Demand Forecast and Demand Final Forecast

with the Demand History.

Responsibilities:

. Involved in requirements gathering, proto typing, GAP analysis,

Wal-Mart is an American public corporation that runs a chain of large,

discount department stores. They are converting the Legacy systems into SAP

systems. This Project is spread over different geographical locations. We

are involved in the build phase of the Base Camp for the SAP BI part. It

contains a combination of reports over SAP standard contents in financial

domain (GL/AR/AP) and external non-SAP data. SAP-BI serve as collection

point for all data after transformations are applied.

As a first set, reports were designed for UK offices of Wal-Mart, while

designing these reports attempts were made to standardize the solution so

that same can be adapted to other releases with minimal changes.

Responsibilities:

. Played a key role in all the deliverables of the project. Has good
