At Century 21 Department Store I worked on the sales floor one on one with customers in a fast pace retail

environment. I would assist customers with purchases, as well as answer any and all questions they might

have regarding the store and its' products. I also worked as a cashier where I would handle all transactions

including cash purchases, debit and credit, returns and exchanges.

I left the store after over two years of employment due to the fact that i enrolled in school as a full time

student and needed to focus fully on my studies.

After completing the mandatory hours of internship, I excelled from the program with honors and

certification of being a CNA.
