using Tiered Accountability. Department was responsible for $40 million a year in sub-
assembly production. Implemented HOS (Honeywell Operating Systems) framework for
p roduction facility to reach a “Bronze” level of manufacturing. Developed Visual Tag
M anagement System for Site (Kanbans and Shop Work Orders.) Sustained a consistent
record of driving progress and improving efficiency.

E ngineering Tech of a Value Stream Process with 5 high level cells with 50+ assemblers/
testers. Reported all Quality metrics daily to Operations Manager. Traveled alone and with
teams to visit customer’s sites to assist in setup and testing of equipment.

Primary responsibilities were diagnosing and scheduling repairs of t ransducers. Effective
communication was key to assure Customer Service Engineers were receiving proper repair
and calibration information to report back to customer. Assisted in a multi-million dollar
acquisition that took 6 months in which I t raveled weekly to wri te SOS’s (Standard
Operating Sheets) for t raining and building of new products.
