Accomplishments
Managing Angels Spa I was able to increase the sales after being there for one year, which rose 35% in both retail and
retention.
With hard work, dedication and persistence I was able to take business that was ready to close its doors and make it a
profitable smooth running enterprise.
With Camden Spa I was able to increase the client retention by 24% with my retail sales the staff sales were based on my
previous years goals which would increase by 14% yearly.
Sensation Music was a small dj company that was an occasional part time job, with my persistence, hard work and sales
goals I was able to turn this position into a full time position of attaining the sales calls, booking the appointments for the
Djs and closing the sale with the actual booking.
