family law, bankruotcy, and succession matters. Conducted intake
interviews and corresponded with clients which included taking the
client's statement to determine whether this was a case our office
handled or whether it needed to be referred to a different office.
Assisted the potential client in completing a motion to file in forma
pauperis. Prepared files for transfer to other legal aid offices by
making copies of the files and summarizing what legal action was taken
at our office and what future action should be taken. Revised and
updated the CALSC Compliance and Service Manuals to include the most
recent changes in federal regulation regarding 501(c) non=profit
organizations.

Management Agency (FEMA). Filed inquiries and follow-ups regarding

served as a liaison between constituents and United States Citizenship
and Immigration Services on immigration matters. Worked in
conjunction with the U.S. Department of State's Passport Services to
solve constituents' passport problems.
