administrative duties including but not limited to staffing, prepare budgets for resources, allocation of resources, billing, and

public education programs. Started up 5 ALS ambulances and 25 man contract. Prepared specs for ambulances as well as

equipment. Completed licensing with IDPH and Loyola EMSS. Acted as a member of the cabinet for the Town of Cicero

President. Administrative member for the Town of Cicero Fire Department. Represented the Town of Cicero at various local

and regional EMS related disaster/pre-planning events.

Area wide supervisor for other PSI contracts in the Loyola EMSS.

North Riverside Fire Department 2000-2008

Performed duties of paramedic/firefighter coordinator included supervising staff, scheduling, payroll and management

of contract Paramedic/Firefighter personnel. EMS liaison to the Fire Chief as well as village officials. Accountable for

equipment, inventory and supplies for ALS ambulances and BLS engines. Assist with community and public relations.

Member of the Village of North Riverside Bioterrorism/Pharmaceutical committee. Conducted CPR/Blood Bourne

pathogen training for other village departments. Participated in various Loyola EMSS activities/classes.

Forest Park Fire Department North Riverside Fire Department 2006-Present

Responsibilities included mentoring and training new Paramedic Coordinators at contract sites. Assist with staffing,

scheduling, payroll, and management of contract personnel. PSI liaison to Chief, Deputy Chief, and EMS Coordinator

of Forest Park Fire Department.
