Program Executive responsible for managed voice services outsourcing of
Nortel and Avaya systems in Deutsche Bank US locations: $5M in annual
revenue. Managed a team ranging from 30-45 direct reports consisting of
vendor managers, engineers, service managers, analysts and on-site
technicians to support local and network wide projects.
Program executive responsible for the program office of maintenance and
monitoring of Cisco voice and data devices on ING's Global Network
worldwide: 3-year contract - $12M annual revenue
Lead executive responsible for transition project team of Johnson &
Johnson's complex Outsourcing Agreement including managed takeover of
existing voice and data infrastructure - contract value $500M
Grew the annual revenue which resulted in year after year positive growth.
