lower extremity venous ultrasound examinations, assist in diagnosis and
development of t reatment plan. Also, insurance verification and procedure coverage.
Assist directly with EVLA and ultrasound guided schlerotherapy. In addition my

2012 Registered Vascular Technologist, The Circulatory Centers; Responsible for
daily venous reflux studies in three busy offices, developing t reatment course and
p rocess, DVT studies, pre-procedure mapping and assisting with EVLA procedures.
Responsibilities include primary dictation and illustration using EMR with drawing
tool. Also, marketing, public speaking and community education.
2011-2012 Director, M ission: Lifeline Atlanta, American Heart Association; Develop a
sustainable STEM I System of Care / Ini tiate community change through implementation of
guideline directed patient care, pre hospital care, point of entry protocols, primary
destination protocol and quality management. Responsible for reviewing sensitive Hospital
Data, Pre-Hospital Data and System Data then Preparing monthly and quarterly system

s tate wide continuing education for EMS, Fire Rescue and emergency room staff;

for routine and emergency vascular procedures Upper and Lower Extremity Venous and

2006-2010 Team Manager, L ife Line Screening; Management of a 5 person mobile medical
team. Perform Bilateral Carotid Ar tery examinations, ABI examinations, blood work, EKGs
and preliminary diagnostic interpretation. Responsibilities include: staffing inventory,

1999-2004 Cardiology Technician, Atlanta Cardiology. Assist with pre and post op care of
patients in a busy outpatient Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Including IV insertion, sheath
removal, phlebotomy, EKG monitoring, closure devices and discharge.
