Managed plan review and contract document finalization, contract management, value engineering, site development, utility

infrastructure installation, multiple parking structure construction, multi-unit and midrise construction and ancillary construction.

Prequalified subcontractors, solicited and negotiated bids, built project estimates, defined scopes of work, managed the execution of

all subcontracts, built job schedules, processed all purchase orders and change orders and managed all project budgets.

Managed all site development activities, daily project supervision and guaranteed the successful delivery of the project to meet the

Design Engineer 2001 - 2003

Directed design, engineering, estimating, scheduling and production of systems for metal fabrication of industrial construction projects

in the US and abroad.

Managed the CNC production facility oversaw engineering, scheduling and production processes using CNC routers, plasma cutters,

EDM and laser cutting tools. Directed mockup assemblies and managed site installations and oversaw safety.

DARK/ALEXANDER & COMPANY, INC. (defunct) Southeastern US-

Construction Manager/ Senior Residential Designer 1994 – 2001

Oversaw all aspects of single/multi-family and commercial construction projects using conventional, light steel and steel construction.

Duties included but were not limited to: client consultation, home design, site inspection and surveying, estimating, bank and ARC

submissions, code compliance, job scheduling, budget reporting, daily site management and safety implementation.
