Prequalified subcontractors, solicited and negotiated bids, built project estimates, defined scopes of work, managed the execution of

all subcontracts, built job schedules, processed all purchase orders and change orders and managed all project budgets.

submissions, code compliance, job scheduling, budget reporting, daily site management and safety implementation.
