Brief Description : Jadhao Gears one of the growing mechanical industry in Amravati. This is a pioneer unit in

mechanical and industial manufacturing and it is catering various industrial units in India and abroad

from last 4 decades.Total workforce of this organization is 450, out of which 104 employees are on

Executive level. Up to the last year they complete appraisal process on the basis of the one to one

review but now they want to implement the new process for the skilled workers, whichever is objective

decided by the last appraisal and what they did in the critical task, how they utilize the past experience

to complete that task with the help of this performance appraisal format, that I have fabricated and to

fascilitate them so that they can easily explain to the management.
