I have more than ** years of experience with Oracle E-Business applications. During this exciting career I have played various roles through the complete SDLC including Requirement Analysis, Functional Design, Technical Design, and Development. I have also managed the projects at various capacities including Global lead for the Delivery and Service Operations for a fortune 100 company with an annual turnover of $42 Billion.

I am currently leading a team of 7 Functional analysts who support the Oracle E-Business suite and home grown Interactive Business application. I also manage a second team of 8 members who supports Lawson applications for our manufacturing plants.

During my tenure I have developed exceptional team management and development skills, and have constantly worked with the goal to deliver more with less.

I have managed teams with a size of 3 to 15 members that delivered different functionalities including testing, Quality Assurance, Documentation and Delivery and Support.

I have a demonstrated ability to work collegially with leaders across business units and lines of business. In addition, I have been responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of contractors and manage vendor relationships.

During my tenure I have successfully completed multiple projects on time and within budget. I have also improved the service operations by reducing the backlog by more than 50% over a period of 12 months and also improved the SLA by 40%. This was accomplished while introducing a reduction of more than 40% of budget cuts to the cost center due to austerity measures.
