D escription : In this project an attempt is made to study the extent of ground

water pollution in and around IDA Mallapur, R.R Dist. The quality of ground

water in this area various chemical characteristics such as Alkalini ty, Chlorides,

p H, Hardness, Ca, Mg, Turbidity, D.O, TDS, B.O.D, Sulphates, Ni t rates, Na and

K were analyzed. Also overall water quality index, quality rating of i r rigation

water from i ts Sodium adsorption ratio and Electrical conductivity, Correlation

coefficience and linear regressions are calculated.
