Responsibilities:
. Prepared and monitored the execution of the Sacramento Division's 5-year
business plan.
. Reporting to the Division President, advised and supported the management
team, including land acquisition, development, construction, sales and
marketing, and customer service.
. Oversaw all financial activities including the development of financial
plans, forecasts, cash flow and capital budgets, managed monthly close.
