< Appreciated for working upon Zero mechanical failure in 410S grade (a
Ferritic stainless steel grade) resulting in reduction of processing
cost.
< Played a pivotal role in reducing customer rejection rate from 1.6 % in
2007-08 to 0.06 % in 2012-13.
< Successfully increased the yield of J-4 grade (Low nickel austenitic
grade) from 79 % in 2008 to 91.5 % in 2011.
< Developed Defect Rating System as per customer application.
< Currently working on Duplex Grades development in JSL.
< Completed Six-Sigma Green-belt training & undertaking a project for
process improvement.
< Successfully developed & established JSL-DD grade (Low Nickel Austenitic
Stainless Steel) for utensil/deep drawing application from raw material
