Crop Insurance Programs to facilitate some of the processes the producers

are required to go through annually to participate in the Crop Insurance

programs. These include selecting Coverage options for their crops,

calculating their Premiums, View and declare their land, reporting their

Seeded Acres, looking their Claim History and declaring their Production.

Masterpiece Renaissance is a web-based application for quoting and issuing

policies for property, water craft, Excess Liability, Valuable Articles and

Auto Insurance. Renaissance application is integrated with Q application in

Tablet PC. Tablet PC is used for the Property insured for more than 750k.

After creating the policy in renaissance, policy is sent to Underwriter for

approval. After the approval, appraisal is created in Renaissance and

transferred to Tablet PC. Q application in Tablet PC consists of different

screens like Appraisal request, Fire Protection, Security, Alarm, U/W

Comments, Replacement Cost, Photos and Physical Condition. Appraisal must

be validated before transferring back to Renaissance. New Tablet PC is used

by all the inside appraisers for setting up and completing the appraisal

and transferring back the appraisal to Renaissance. Appraisal report is

generated according to the type of Appraisal and sent to appropriate

customer.

Renaissance is also integrated with Fee-Out and Broker Site Web

applications. If the property is insured for less than 750k then Appraisal

is done by Fee-Out companies.
