Enabled several programs to improve productivity and efficiencies within the plant.

Significantly reduced labor costs by 41% through efficiencies in labor management since

dropping sales by 4.3%. Reduced Indirect labor by 10.2%

Combined 4 departments (Carpet, Wood, Vinyl, Tile) into 1 department (Production) eliminating
