Provided project management leadership at Enbridge Gas Distribution to implement a Contract

Center that will process more than 150 high risk contracts annually with an approximate value in excess

of $100M.The Centre will evaluate potential vendors using a standard risk criteria and apply varying

prequalification reviews according to the results.

Developed and managed the full project plans from the development of the charter to project

closure.

o Facilitated the development of corporate risk standards to be used for evaluating

contracts and determining the level of prequalification criteria for the Vendor

o Managed the team in the mapping of workflows, reviewing for efficiencies and where

appropriate adjusting for efficiencies

Promoted through a number of challenging positions from Financial Analyst to Finance Director. The

Wellesley was a teaching hospital in Toronto affiliated with the University of Toronto.
