• Capital Projects - Managed and provided insight on EPC Capital Projects (Repowering, Environmental, and Renewable projects - $8 Billion) including monitoring and
reporting. Coordinated accrual information on projects, cost reports and variance reports. Developed dashboard reporting.
• Merger Integration – Led the GenOn & NRG merger integration efforts for Reporting.
• Performance Reporting and Strategy - Responsible for a number of performance reports for senior management such as EPC Monthly Reports, COO Quarterly
Presentations, CEO reports, Board Presentation, Earnings presentations, and Request for Expenditure approvals.
• Cost and Schedule Management – Direct & prepare cost reports for EPC projects. Strong interaction with project managers, procurement, project controls and
finance staff.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Established a monitoring, forecasting and reporting process for the EPC G&A budget for senior management. Directed/managed the
2007 to 2013 Budget for the EPC business units. Provide monthly variance reporting. Departmental coordinator for preparation of the annual budget and quarterly
forecast updates and the annual business plan.

billing rates, accounting policy updates
• 10-K & 10-Q - Provided EPC commitments to be used for 10-K and 10-Q disclosure requirements. Other EPC disclosures provided as well.
• SARBOX and Internal Controls – Monitored on a quarterly basis.

• Capital Investment – Led the development and implementation of the Capital Investment Practice for DTE Energy. Developed Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model.
