Founder of insurance and financial services company. Grew the company

rapidly to the point that the Agency became an attractive acquisition

target for larger, multi-site competitor. Sold the business in October of

2012.

Steelco,LLC dba Fisher Steel Rossville, Georgia April 2005-October

2008

Owner and operator of metals service center. Doubled revenue of the

business by adding fabrication capacity, and aggressive sales and marketing

campaign. Sold in October 2008 at peak of the steel market.

The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation (DKM) New York, New York 1988-2004

Manufacturing based, private equity group with sales of eight hundred

million dollars.

Gas Components Group, Inc Chattanooga, Tennessee 1985-2004

President and Chief Executive Officer June 2001-January 2004

Gas Components Group, Inc. was formed as a roll-up entity designed to take

advantage of wide-scale consolidation of component suppliers to the gas

appliance industry. Rob Dyson, the owner of DKM, and two additional

private equity firms purchased Burner Systems International, Inc. from DKM

to serve as the parent operating entity for the newly formed Gas Components

Group. At this time Burner Systems had two US based operations and

revenues of approximately $50 million. In 2002, the Sourdillion Group was

acquired from Delta Group, Ltd. Sourdillon added $50 million in revenues,

and international reach with operations in Ringgold, Georgia; Celaya,

Mexico; Veigne, France; and Bedfordshire, UK.

DKM Group Vice President October 1995 - June 2001

Full profit and loss responsibility for companies that delivered half of

DKM's total annual sales and profits. At peak level, scope included 13

operations with over 2500 employees.

Burner Systems International, Inc. Chattanooga, Tennessee

A wholly owned subsidiary of the Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation;

specializing in the design and manufacture of component parts for sale to

gas appliance manufacturers. Multi-plant operations serving North American

markets.

President August 1990 - October 1995

Full P & L responsibility for the corporation; reporting to the Board of

Directors. Significant accomplishments include:

( Increased return on assets from 1% to a sustainable 25%
