My husband and I started our own mobile automotive company in February of 2011. I assisted him with getting the
business started with proper licensing. I also helped with the planning the initial set up by creating customized
invoices, creating a logo design, marketing and bookkeeping. We communicated our vision together by setting goals
with a game plan which was accomplished. I kept track of cash inflow and outflow, liabilities and assets. I set up a
functional office by creating an organized filing system, initial programming of QuickBooks, and created spreadsheets
for all record keeping. In 2013 we were able to start a second company. 1st Response Mobile Repair did so well that
my we found an investor and partnered up to open a shop (1st Response Auto Repair).
Medical Assistant 2011
Advanced House Calls Las Vegas, Nevada
I assisted the doctor by scheduling appointments, taking calls and handling patient request such as prescription refills
and ordering supplies. I would pull all charts for the day and pack the medical supplies needed for the patients daily.
We were a mobile health care facility that treated mostly geriatrics at their homes and/or assisted living facilities .We
also had hospice patients which required more care. I was responsible for taking vitals, injections, administering
topical, instrument preparation, positioning for exams and creating sterile environments for minor invasive surgeries
in the comfort of their home. I also took their medical history and managed patient flow on the road and charted. In
the office I was also responsible for referrals and scheduling x-rays with a mobile company to their convenience at
their home.
Install Coordinator 2007-2008
Service Max Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Las Vegas, Nevada
Duties were to manage all aspects of the install department, which were as followed. Answering phones, customer
service, resolve customer complaints, dispatching and scheduling. I provided sales men with accurate information and
trouble-shooted with technicians in the field. Other duties were creating folders for our customers and work orders
that provided the equipment for the techs. I also received payments, closed out jobs, filed, and processes financial
paperwork. I entered payroll, created purchase orders and handled all shipping and receiving. I had three radios to
communicate to every department all day, after hours and weekends. I was responsible for prepping and instructing
meetings, creating monthly income reports and ledgers. I also handled all warranties and researched information to
install AC units qualified by Nevada Power for rebates. My position was very fast-paced and highly demanding to
ensure all customers were satisfied.

I provided administrative support to upper management. I handled all official company correspondence, typing, filing
and data entry. I was responsible for employee timecards and payroll. I handled all activities in accounts payable and
receivable. I ensured timely payments to vendor invoices. Negotiated past due accounts. I processed and sent purchase
orders and credit memos. I created invoices and job costing. I reconciled various accounts and created income,
operating and credit card reports. I also prepped and cut checks for sales, FICA and FUTA taxes. I maintained

Office Manager/EA 2005-2006

Created and typed up forms and specialized documents related to functions of the project which was assigned from
drafts, notes or brief instructions. It was my responsibility to proofread and check typed and other materials for
accuracy, completeness and compliance with departmental policies. Receptionist duties entailed data entry, mail
distribution, answering a multi phone line system, screening calls and taking messages. I provided factual information
to customers and clients regarding activities and functions which require the explanation of rules, policies, and law
procedures. As an EA I was the assistant to the president, VP of Operations, and the compliance director which
entailed maintaining a calendar and scheduling there appointments. I processed new contracts with clients and
accounts with vendors, also handling the insurance needs for our clients. I maintained records and processed forms,
such as work orders, AP/AR, payroll, and HR records. I maintained office files and researched information from such
files. I attended meetings with clients and took notes, prepared and organized company meetings.
Administrative Assistant 2000-2001
Clark County Election Department Las Vegas, Nevada
Responsibilities included handling payroll for thirty employees, budgeting, receiving deliveries and maintaining multi
phone lines. I was also responsible for document pick up, sorting and distributing mail and greeting clients. I
performed other miscellaneous administrative duties such as creating memos and letters in word perfect and creating
spreadsheets in excel and various data entry. Inside the ware house where we also tested and programmed the voting
electoral machines, we used equipment such as plotters, laminators and misc tools. In teams we loaded and unloaded
supplies from trucks, which we used to perform on Election Day for delivering while we also participated at the
election sites to maintain operations.
