WORK H ISTORY

10/2007 to Current Managing Director

OSG Doors – 400 Industrial Street, West Pittsburg PA 16160

Involved from day one with this start up company.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, operations, administration and product

development.

Initially imported all the product from Asia and I managed all the sourcing, procurement,

QC, and price negotiation with the final makers and raw material suppliers.

In 2010 we moved all production to the USA. I sourced the equipment, worked

with industrial engineers on the plant layout and implemented all aspects of the US

production.

Through creative sourcing we were able to actually manufacture in the USA and maintain

our pricing.

Company grew from zero sales to 5.5 million in the first 3 years. I also oversaw the mid-west

region sales for a time.

10/2002 to Current Managing Director

SourceRight – 400 Industrial Street, West Pittsburg PA 16160

SourceRight is a sourcing company in which I was a founding member in 2002 and ran

through 2010.

We stopped marketing the sourcing company in 2010 to focus all our efforts on OSG Doors.

In this company I worked with Disney, Giant Eagle, Knoll Furniture company and several

other Fortune 500 and small companies alike.

We sourced everything from domestic cut and sew product and general merchandise to

industrial metal parts used in production.

We obtained an average of 15% savings to our customers over their previous sources.

09/1994 to 10/2002 Director of Imports, Sourcing, and Quality Control

Airway Industries – Tenth and Factory Avenues, Ellwood City PA 16117

Directly responsible for all purchasing, product development and management of

overseas staff.

Monitored a team of 12 overseas staff and 8 US staff and developed the staff to be able to

communicate given the language barriers.

Reduced rejection rate from 6.8 to 1.2 percent.

Directly responsible for all pricing negotiations with overseas makers.

Greatly reduced costs by developing our own components and managing all pricing from the

very lowest components up through final manufacturing.

Average savings on products was 12%.

Aggressively negotiated ocean freight rates which saved the company 1 million dollars in

freight costs the first year on the 5.5 million freight expense.

Extensively traveled throughout the world setting up factories while working through

government regulations.

Some of the countries which I have done sourcing in include, China, Taiwan, Thailand,

Israel, Jordan, India, Sri Lanka and Korea among others.
