JOB PROFILE

. Review of vendor instrumentation drawings as per immediate site

requirement mark up on process and instrument diagram (ILD).

. System segregation for over all commissioning, Reading and

implementing of P&ID drawing loop diagram and Hookup drawing.

. Reading and understand process flow schematic functional gate

logics.

. Carry out calibration of instruments.

. Erection and installation of field process instrument and control

panels and process automation system.

. Pre-commissioning and commissioning of instrument and electrical

system and automation system.

. Installation testing and commissioning of VESDA system(very early

smoke detection apparatus)

. Loop checking conduct the Hot and Cold loop check of fire&Gas

system and process instrument.

. Functional check, cause and effect check, logic check of fire&gas

system and process instrument.

. Carry out the functional check of ESD and interlock system along

with implementing new facility change from operation.

. Provide technical hand on support for the DCS YOKOGAWA CENTUM

VP,PLC/F&G(PROSAFE RS)/ESD device testing execution during

commissioning and start up over site.

. Carry out with liquidation of punch points, commissioning,start up

and maintenance activities.

. Maintain and provide and support for modification to process

graphic display.

. Fault diagnose with cause and effect drawing ad MOD BUS checking.

. Interpret logic diagram, instrument loop diagram DCS YOKOGAWA

CENTUM VP, YOKOGAWA CS 3000 and HANNYWLL TDC 3000 with the

instrument engineer and vendor of system if modification is needed

and required by the client.

. Familiarize with HART COMMUNICATOR 375,475 and other instrument

equipment such as DPI880, TK3 druck pump etcs.

. Loop checking with GE Engineers for injection Gas Compressor gas

turbine MS355/A and BCL306/C from field to system side.

. Good knowledge of turbine control system MARK Vie, Bently Nevada

3500 knowing how to add new tags and signals.

. Identifying and forcing signals card diagnostic and

troubleshooting.

. Supervising, installation pre-commissioning and commissioning start

up of instrumentation system in industrial plant.
