as 5S & KAIZEN and also TS 16949 standards for quality management.

• To participate in various improvement programmers such as KAIZENS,
POKA-YOKA etc.
• Developing plan to lower the parts defects, contributing to LPH&RPH
improvements.
• Monitoring & ensuring to solve issues found during the In-House Process and
Product Audits.
• To check out all the problems of line, concern to Man, Machine, Method or
Material and to solve them from Quality End.
• To provide On Job Training (OJT) to the new joined cell members.
• Controlling / Monitor the trends of IQS, Direct pass ratio (DPR) and rework
per hundred Engine (RPH) in Engine aggregate.
• To calculate DPR, LPH, RPH and PARETO on weekly bases
• Analysis and find root cause of the DPR and Product audit issue.
• Take Corrective and Preventive action on behalf of Customer Complaints. .
• Follow up & Standardization of Action Plans.
