2 NATURE OF WORK:
> Joined as Process executive in the aircraft structural design for
Mitsubishi and got promoted as senior process executive.
> Creating master product (RSM) from which the fuselage parts are
designed using Catia V5 tool.
> Evidence reports, a document for the design works done and also for
spotting of issues of changes or errors in the fuselage parts.
> Creation of Detailed Definition Model for the stringers such as
scrutinizing fastener locations and amending changes in the part by
providing design details for the manufacturing process.
3 KEY ROLE:
4 Weight Reduction of the fuselage
In this activity, my role is to check and control the weight of
individual components of the fuselage without deviating from the detailed
definition models. Here, we have removed the excess machining of the
components; by modifying the critical values in design table and implement
the same using automation tool. Also, I have involved in the quality checks
after the modifications are done depending on the requirement. Depending on
the design criteria, I see to that the model does not change from the
original sizing data.
Functional Tolerance and Annotations
I had been involving in the study and implementing of annotations for
the various parts like stringer, clips, sheet metal joints; which helps the
manufacturers to create the components by feeding the inputs as suggested
in the parts. Particularly, using tolerance advisor tool are used, so as to
link the text, dimension or values exactly to the profile of the part.
Here, my role is to analyze the models are prepared thoroughly based on the
requirement and also to prepare document for the reference.

7 PROJECTS DONE:
> FINAL YEAR PROJECT - "Investigation of Properties of Metal Matrix
Composites Al6061" For the reduction of weight in most of engineering
components, composites being preferred. Here, we working on best use
of aluminium material; obtaining the application from the existing
composite material and adding new composite to the existing to improve
their properties.

> Designing 2D and 3D models for the customers based on the requirement
with expected accuracy and efficiency.
> Producing the machine drawings and also to develop the same product
based on the required standards, so that can be used in high level
applications.

> G D & T training on solid 2D, 3D and sheet metal components based on
the project requirement in 2011 & 2012 at Infosys by a reputed
training institute.
> CNC - Lathe machine operating & working methods for one month in "New
Star Engineering Works" at Coimbatore in 2009.
> CNC - Wire Cut EDM machine operating & working methods for one month
in "Excel EDM Works" at Coimbatore in 2010.
