• Responsible for account management & sales volume of the Top 15 E&G National Accounts which accounts for 85% of
all annual E&G revenue. This includes traditional brick/mortar customers, online retailers, & our distributor network.
• Manage direct reports of 4 inside sales staff & 2 outside sales people. Also manage a sales support staff of 8 people
including the customer service, prototype staff, and the technical assistance area.
• Facilitate all new product designs based on current market trends & customer feedback. The process includes
coordination of all promotional material, informational spec sheets, digital photos, press releases, email marketing,
finalized instruction sheets, and product pricing strategies involved with the launch of each new product.
• Responsible for the design, coordination, execution of all trade show booths and the national dealer meeting.
• Tasked with the creation & coordination of all in house digital media & marketing collateral for email, press releases,
and updates to the E&G website. Also responsible for the creation, contents, & production of our semi annual color 50
page E&G retail catalog.

• Created & maintain a 45 page/1200 sku E&G Product Price & Fitment spreadsheet for our customers. The matrix has
improved product knowledge and has reduced the incorrect part orders by over 20% for the inside sales team. This
document also can be used as complete database to load E&G products for new online commerce customers.
• Implemented a new receivable policy that reduced monthly overtime expenses to near zero in the production facility
while improving order fulfillment times on open orders from weeks to as little as 24 hours.
• Instituted a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) program for companies now selling our products at retail to stabilize retail
pricing, ensure dealer profitability, and protect the brand integrity of the E&G Classics line of products.
• Designed & implemented a new E&G Sales/Return policy that streamlined the process while improving the customer
satisfaction index at all customer levels. The new strategy reduced the internal costs associated with all product returns.

• Selling responsibilities included items such as multimedia projectors, flat panel displays & portable sound systems.
• Writing and delivering complex RFQ proposals for “consultative” type items. These would include custom designed
classrooms, boardrooms, and training facilities of all sizes determined by the customer’s technical specifications for the
project. This process included initial site inspection, written proposals, and training after installation of the job.
• Designed & maintained the Ritz AV website as well as all catalogs, flyers, GSA Contract info, & email marketing.
• Responsible for the K 12 Education business segment by leading our education interactive student response remote
system hardware & software sales. This in turn increased our A/V presence and sales with category of customer.
